 We’re looking for a Demo & Product Engineer Job Overview:

This role combines the responsibilities of machine operation & demonstration with technical product support and localization . The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically skilled, and confident in front of customers, while also capable of analyzing technical feedback and contributing to continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Machine Demonstration & Customer Interaction

a.     Conduct machine demonstrations (excavators, loaders, dump trucks, etc.) for dealers and customers.

b.     Operate machines proficiently to highlight product strengths and key features.

c.      Customize demo scenarios based on customer needs and application conditions.

d.     Support sales team during customer visits, test drives, and job site evaluations.

e.     Provide basic operation and maintenance training to dealers and customers.

3. Product Feedback & Localization

a.     Gather customer feedback and machine performance data under local working conditions.

b.     Participate in field tests, adaptation projects, and validation of localized configurations.

c.      Liaise with HQ product and R&D teams to report technical issues and improvement suggestions.

4. Training & Documentation

a.     Deliver training sessions to operators and service technicians.

b.     Assist in localizing technical materials, manuals, and product bulletins.

c.      Maintain demo equipment and coordinate logistics for events and field tests.

Requirements:

a.     2–5 years of experience in construction machinery operation, service, or product engineering.

b.     Skilled in operating and maintaining CE machines (excavators, loaders, etc.).

c.      Familiar with hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics.

d.     Proficient in Turkish ; And working knowledge of English is required.

e.     Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

f.      Willing to travel frequently across Turkey and occasionally abroad.
