About Us

We’re a fast-growing NYC apparel group with European-inspired taste and a New York pace designing, sourcing, and distributing women’s denim to major retailers across the U.S. We move quickly, value craft, and obsess over fit, fabric, and wash.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Denim Designer to own women’s denim from concept through production. You’ll translate trend and market data into commercial product, develop washes/finishes, drive fit, and partner closely with Tech Design, PD/Sourcing, and overseas factories.

What You’ll Do

Lead seasonal concepting: mood boards, fabric/wash direction, silhouette and trim stories.

Create detailed CADs/line sheets in Adobe Illustrator; maintain BOMs/tech packs in PLM.

Develop washes/finishes with laundries; approve lab dips, PP/TOPs, trims, and branding.

Run fit sessions with Tech Design; iterate specs for consistent fit across core blocks.

Source and comment on fabrics (rigid, comfort stretch, T400, recycled blends, etc.).

Manage the design calendar; hit all proto/sample deadlines for market.

Partner with factories (Turkey/Egypt/Morocco/Asia) on costing, feasibility, and MOQ.

Analyze sales and competitor product to drive smart carryovers and newness.

Uphold brand standards and margin targets while improving quality and speed.

What You Bring

• 3–7+ years dedicated women’s denim design experience in a wholesale or brand setting.
  
Expert knowledge of denim fabrics, construction, pattern/fit fundamentals, and wash development.

• Advanced Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; PLM experience (any system) and solid Excel.
  
Strong tech pack discipline; clear communication with mills, laundries, and factories.

Proven track record delivering on calendar and margin in a high-volume environment.

• Portfolio that showcases denim range (jeans, skirts, shorts, jackets) and wash diversity.
