DENTA LAB TECNECIAN -CAD CAM DESIGNER

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician – CAD/CAM Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality dental restorations (such as crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, and dentures) using advanced CAD/CAM software. You will collaborate closely with dentists, lab technicians, and other dental professionals to ensure precision, esthetics, and functionality in every case.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and fabricate dental restorations using CAD/CAM systems (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape, Dental Wings).
• Interpret dental prescriptions, digital scans, and impressions to develop accurate dental prosthetics.
• Utilize digital scanning equipment and software to receive, design, and prepare files for milling/3D printing.
• Modify and optimize designs based on feedback from dentists or quality control.
• Ensure restoration designs meet fit, esthetic, and occlusal requirements.
• Manage digital case workflow and maintain organization of design files.
• Assist in the milling or 3D printing process, including nesting and material selection.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot CAD/CAM equipment and software as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new CAD/CAM technologies.
