- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including patient assessment, preparation, post-operative care, X-rays, provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are readily available.
- Develop and maintain patient relationships through excellent customer service every appointment!
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Perform duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records
- Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Assist with medical coding and billing procedures as required
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred but not required we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and systems
- Spanish speaking is preferred
Requirements:
- Completion of a dental assistant program or relevant certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment or alone
- Proficiency in using dental software for record keeping and appointment scheduling-
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
