Dental Assistant (1 year of dental assisting experience)

Urgent Dental Care seeks an experienced full-time Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. Dental assistant will meet with patients, provide some dental hygiene tasks, prepare patients with future treatment from Dentist, sterilize instruments, set up rooms, record treatment information, assist with dental procedures, conduct dental x-rays, provide patients with information, order supplies, and more. Ideal candidate should have certification or associated degree in accredited dental assistance program, dental x-ray certification, good written and verbal skills, consistently professional appearance and attitude, along with experience in dental assisting. This position is Monday and Thursday 6-9pm , with the possibility of weekend hours if available.' Must have strong chairside assisting experience.

Duties:

• Assisting chair-side
• Taking records, impressions, or x-rays
• Using computers to update electronic patient records
• Assisting with front office tasks as needed
