Dental Assistant ($1000 sign on bonus)

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Clearwater, FL. This role is ideal for a confident assistant with strong chairside skills who is comfortable supporting providers in a fast-paced, patient-focused practice.

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Provide four-handed dentistry support during a wide range of procedures
• Perform accurate charting and demonstrate strong knowledge of dental terminology
• Take alginate impressions and assist with the fabrication of temporary restorations
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
• Assist with case presentations and treatment planning when needed
• Educate patients on procedures and post-treatment care
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and safety standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Florida EFDA required
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon start date)
• 2 yrs chairside experience required
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
  
  

Compensation

$19-22/hour $1000 Sign on Bonus
