Dental Assistant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Dental Assistant to join our Health Chakra team in Hinjewadi. The ideal candidate will assist dentists during procedures, ensure patient comfort, manage appointments, and maintain a clean, well-organised clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during dental treatments and procedures
• Prepare treatment areas and sterilise instruments
• Greet and communicate with patients, making them feel comfortable
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Oversee clinic upkeep and cleanliness as per protocols
• Ensure smooth patient flow and timely assistance to doctors

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi. Some English will be an advantage
• Organised, proactive, and patient-friendly attitude
• Ability to work in a team and multitask efficiently
