Dental Assistant

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensure patient comfort, maintain sterilization protocols, and support the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Location: DHA Phase 4

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dental treatment rooms by ensuring all instruments and materials are sterilized and ready.
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments, managing suction, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and operatories according to infection control protocols.
• Manage dental materials and stock levels, ensuring availability at all times.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly environment.

Requirements

Prior experience as a dental assistant (preferred, but fresh candidates willing to learn may also apply).

Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinical environment.

Basic computer knowledge for scheduling and record-keeping.
