Studies estimate nearly 25 million US Adults suffer from Obstructive Sleep Apnea, a serious chronic disease impacting the lives of our loved ones, the community, and the greater economy. If you are looking for a career with purpose, a company that supports work life balance, and an encouraging team that challenges you to grow and deliver, then you found the right job posting!
Ohio Sleep Treatment is a Columbus based dental sleep medicine practice looking for a dental assistant passionate about the growing field of dental sleep medicine.
Do you want to truly make a difference in the lives of the patients you serve?
Would you be filled with pride knowing your work is positively impacting relationships and the community?
Are you tired of the physically demanding, emotionally draining routine of general dentistry?
If the answer to any of those questions is yes, you’re reading in the right direction. At Ohio Sleep Treatment, our Dental Sleep Medicine Assistants are responsible for facilitating a next level, end to end health care experience for fellow Central Ohioans. You will enjoy positive daily interaction with patients, demonstrating a strong knowledge of dental sleep medicine practices. Daily interactions with patients include initial consultations and evaluations, capturing digital impressions, aiding in device delivery, the titration process and follow-up care.
No experience in dental sleep medicine? That’s okay! You will have access to training and continuing education in- line with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) along with practical guidance from two experienced Diplomates of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM). As our practice continues to grow, this position may require some travel (20%) during the week, returning home the same day. In the unlikely instance overnight stay is required, hotel accommodations and an evening meal will be provided at the cost of the company.
