Dental Assistant

Dr. Bartels dental office in Jonesboro, Arkansas, a trusted practice providing quality care for over 25 years, is seeking an experienced dental assisting with strong background in chairside assisting, patient care, and clinical support. Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced office environments while maintaining high standards of infection control and patient comfort. Skilled in assisting with complex procedures, managing patient flow, and supporting overall office operations.

Key Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in a dental office
• dental software with Open Dental and Flex software is a plus
• patient communication and education
• knowledge of dental materials, tools, and procedures
• take x-rays on patients
• pour models and take impression
• assist the dentist with complex procedures
• infection control and sterilization procedures
• stock and sterilization of rooms and instruments
• time management and multitasking
• must pass a background check
