Dental Assistant

We are a family-owned dental office in Naples, FL, proudly serving our community for the past two years. As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our expanding team.

Job Summary

Join our supportive and energetic dental team as a Dental Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting daily clinical operations. In this rewarding position, you’ll assist the doctor during procedures, help ensure a smooth patient flow, and contribute to a comfortable, welcoming environment that keeps our patients smiling and coming back.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
  • Take dental X-rays and impressions as needed
  • Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
  • Provide patients with post-operative care instructions
  • Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Open Dental
  • Follow strict infection control protocols and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Support front office tasks when needed, including scheduling and patient communication
  • Assist with pediatric patients and help create a calm, positive experience
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Dental Assistant experience (preferred but not required)
  • Radiology certification (required in Florida)
  • Familiarity with dental software, preferably Open Dental
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
