Dental Assistant

Dental Assistant (Experienced)

We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to support our growing practice and help deliver excellent patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentist chairside (four-handed dentistry)
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and operatories
• Take and process dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records (HIPAA compliant)
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and treatment coordination
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-care
• Assist with vitals and dental imaging
• Provide care for pediatric patients

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of dental assisting experience
• Experience with OpenDental preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and infection control
• Experience in general, endo, prostho, and pediatric dentistry
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• 3D scanner and coding knowledge is a plus
