Dental Assistant

Summit Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is a growing, modern practice with young doctors, the latest technology, and a team culture centered around personal and professional growth. We do everything from preventive care to implants, All-on-X, and cosmetic dentistry.

We're looking for a Dental Assistant who's eager to learn, confident in themselves, and ready to jump right in. We'll train you — but you have to bring the drive.

What You'll Do:

• Assist chairside during procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and set up instruments
• Take and process dental x-rays
• Sterilize instruments and maintain equipment
• Educate patients and provide post-op care
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For (required):

• Confident and self-motivated — you'll have flexibility and independence at our practice
• Eager to grow and learn
• Strong communicator and team player
• Reliable and detail-oriented

Preferred:

• X-ray license/certification
• Dental assisting experience
• Experience with implants or oral surgery
• Familiarity with Open Dental

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Fridays: Optional (non-clinical)

Morning huddle starts 20 minutes before the first patient.

Pay: $25.35 - $32.53 per hour
