Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients with professionalism and empathy
• Assist the dentist with procedures using 4-handed dentistry
• Sterilize and set up instruments in accordance with safety protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and support appointment flow
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and oral hygiene education
• Help keep treatment areas organized, clean, and well-stocked

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Required
• X-Ray Certification – Required
• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification – Required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized
• A team-first mindset and willingness to adapt in a dynamic setting
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the profession
