Dental Assistant

The Dental Assistant will support the dentist during clinical procedures, help maintain a smooth daily workflow, and ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and operatories
• Take digital X‑rays and intraoral photos
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide excellent patient communication and chairside support
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred
• X‑ray certification (required or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient‑care skills
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team setting
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Experience with dental software (Open Dental) is a plus
