Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and is highly coachable. Most importantly, you genuinely care about patients and take pride in delivering an exceptional experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures including crown & bridge, veneers, clear aligners, and surgical extractions, composite fillings, etc.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Take digital X-rays and impressions/scans
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support team flow and contribute to an efficient, positive work environment

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience required (cosmetic experience strongly preferred)
• Experience with crown and bridge, veneers, clear aligners, and surgical procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Coachable and open to feedback and growth
• Compassionate, kind, and patient-focused
