Dental Assistant

Aqua Dental Duncanville is seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team! We are a patient-focused practice with a fun and supportive work environment where both our patients and our staff feel valued and appreciated.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care

Excellent customer service – we go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for

Ability to multitask in a busy dental office while maintaining a warm, welcoming approach

Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting during dental procedures

Sterilization, room setup, and maintaining a clean clinical environment

Supporting the dentist and hygienists to ensure smooth daily operations

Educating patients and making them feel comfortable throughout their visit

Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Ortho Experience is a plus!
