Dental Assistant

Currently looking for an experienced Dental Assistant in Corpus Christi, TX to fill an opening with a Surgical Office. Experience working as a Dental Assistant in a procedure based setting is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Dental Assistant

• Prepare patient for and assist in surgical procedures.
• Provide post operative education to patient and family members
• Prepare and stock treatment rooms for patient Surgeries and examinations
• Room patients and record medical history with vital signs
• Clean treatment rooms following patient surgery and examination

Requirements of the Medical Assistant High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Dental Assistant
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
• Must have Dental Assistant certificate

Full time, Monday - Friday but must have availability from 7am - 6pm. Excellent benefits. Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Instrument Sterilization: 1 year (Preferred)
• Work: 4 years (Required)
• Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
