Dental Assistant

Dynamic, state of the art practice in Arlington has an opportunity for a positive, energetic FULL-TIME Dental Assistant for Monday through Friday. At least one year of experience is preferred for this position, however we are open to training the right person!

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and committed to delivering excellent patient care while supporting the clinical team in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental X-Rays
• Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• X-ray certification (required or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
