Key Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during all clinical procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Chart accurately and ensure complete documentation
• Take impressions and assist with lab cases (night guards, whitening trays, etc.)
• Educate patients on treatment and oral health
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Support a smooth patient flow and positive patient experience
• Assist with treatment plan presentation and patient communication

What We’re Looking For

• Dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• X-ray certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Passion for patient care
