DENTAL ASSISTANT

Are you a reliable dental assistant who takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for?

At Dental Faith, we’ve been serving the Nashville community since 2013 with a focus on creating a calm, welcoming experience for every patient. We’re looking for someone who can step in with confidence, stay organized, and support both our patients and clinical team throughout the day.

We serve a diverse patient base, so the ability to communicate with a wide range of patients is important. Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays
• Prepare patients for treatment and help them feel at ease
• Give clear post-operative instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols
• Set up and break down operatories
• Help with front office tasks when needed, including scheduling and patient communication

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of dental assisting experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and professional with patients and team members
