We are looking for both experienced dental assistants and people who are interested in learning dental assisting.

Position Description Summary:

Responsible for helping the dentists and hygienists with dental procedures and making the patients experience a comfortable one.

Essential Functions of the Position:

• Assists dentists and hygienists with procedures
• Sets up treatment rooms
• Dental charting
• Dental x-rays
• Dental photos and scans
• Maintains a safe work environment and operates within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.

Education/Experience

• One to two years experience in dental assisting preferred, however applicants without experience are welcome to apply

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures (or will train)
• Ability to maintain attention to detail
• An independent worker; ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Above average customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:
