Dental Assistant

Overview
Dentistry at Hyde Park is a modern, patient-focused general dental practice seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. If you are passionate about dentistry, patient care, and teamwork, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during general, restorative, cosmetic, and endodontic procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Take dental X-rays and 3D scans following safety and infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Support patient comfort and provide post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred (but motivated candidates encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of chairside assisting, dental terminology, and infection control.
• Ability to operate dental imaging equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude.
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Part-time
