In this vital role, you will support dentists by preparing treatment areas, assisting during procedures, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Duties

• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and supplies, ensuring an aseptic environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Assist dentists during various procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry by providing chairside support and managing dental instruments efficiently.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Manage patient records by updating medical documentation, medical records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
• Support administrative tasks such as treatment planning and scheduling.
• Measure vital signs including blood pressure and pulse to monitor patient health before procedures and during IV sedation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment by following infection control guidelines and sterilization procedures in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Other tasks might be added.

Experience

• Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with dentistry.

Pay

• $22-$26/ hour - based on experience.
