About the Opportunity
We are a Fee-for-service private dental practice seeking a Dental Assistant who values quality over speed and is looking for a long-term home. Our office is intentionally not high-volume or fast-paced- we focus on delivering thoughtful, personalized care and building genuine relationships with our patients.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in paying attention to detail, and creating a warm, comfortable experience for every patient. We believe in giving our patients the time, attention, and care they deserve- and we’re looking for a team member who shares that philosophy.

- Support a calm, organized, and unhurried clinical flow that prioritizes patient comfort and quality care
- Prepare and maintain operatories with strict adherence to infection control standards
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions as needed
- Anticipate the doctor’s needs while remaining attentive to the patient’s comfort and experience
- Build rapport with patients and help foster long-term, trust-based relationships
- Provide clear, thoughtful patient education and post-operative instructions
- Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to ensure a high-touch, personalized patient experience

- Experience with Dentrix is a plus
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, patient-focused demeanor
- Ability to stay organized and proactive in a non-rushed environment
- A long-term mindset and desire to grow within a stable, relationship-driven practice
What We Offer
- A true fee-for-service environment focused on quality dentistry- not production or volume
- A slower-paced, patient-centered workflow that allows you to provide meaningful care
- The opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, not just turn over chairs
- A supportive, collaborative team that values professionalism and kindness
- A stable, long-term position in a well-established practice
