Dental Assistant

Job Title: Dental Assistant Apprentice – For Candidates Ready to Build a Career
Location: Lyons IN (possible opportunities in Spencer, IN as well)
Job Type: Part-Time and Full Time Opportunities available
Pay: Competitive hourly rate for a New Assistant or someone wanting to be trained in the field + merit based monthly bonuses. In addition to hourly pay, this role includes performance-based bonuses, bringing total compensation above base pay for team members who are engaged and consistent.

Green Dental is looking for a dependable, motivated individual who is ready to learn a skilled role and grow into a Dental Assistant position.

This is a structured apprenticeship, not a temporary job. We are selective in who we bring into this role because we invest time and training into developing strong, capable assistants.

Important Expectation

Candidates must have dependable transportation and personal arrangements that allow them to be present, on time, and focused each day.

What You’ll Be Trained In

You will move through a structured training path that includes:

• Sterilization and infection control
• X-ray certification (provided)
• Nitrous oxide monitoring certification
• Chairside assisting during procedures
• Patient flow and clinical efficiency

Compensation & Growth

• Starting pay: $15/hour
• After your first 90Days you'll be entitled to:
• Accrued Sick time, Health Care Stipend, 401K
• After one year of employment PTO will be awarded.
