This position will be Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-4:30 PM with potential to grow to 5 days a week.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
- Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
- Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
- Stay at the forefront of dental technology in Seattle's innovative healthcare landscape, mastering cutting-edge clinical initiatives that enhance patient care and practice efficiency.
- Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
- Develop a relationship with the patient.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
- Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
- Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
- Experience working as a Dental Assistant
- High school diploma or GED.
- Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and digital health platforms, with a bonus for tech-savvy candidates familiar with Seattle's healthcare innovation ecosystem.
