```Duties```
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures by handing them instruments and materials
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment following established protocols
- Take pre and post operative dental x-rays as directed by the dentist
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients regarding post operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical documentation as necessary
```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant or relevant dental experience preferred
- Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control protocols
- Knowledge of endodontic procedures and post operative restorations
- Familiarity with dental assisting techniques, materials, and equipment
- Experience working with Dentrix Ascend is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
