Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant who is eager to learn and grow within a specialty practice. While basic assisting skills are required, we place the highest value on attitude, adaptability, and a genuine excitement for complex cases and procedures.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment and wants to expand their clinical skillset in implant dentistry, prosthodontics, and surgery.
Skills
- Prior dental assisting experience or formal training
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dental care
- Experience with medical documentation, records management, and HIPAA compliance practices
- DA1 (DA2 preferable but not necessary with the right mentality), X-ray certification
- Ability to perform vital signs assessment and assist with medical imaging procedures confidently
- Knowledge of infection control protocols, aseptic technique, and OSHA standards to ensure a safe clinical environment

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
