Dental Assistant

Join our team! We are seeking a Dental Assistant to work in close collaboration with the dentist and the entire clinic staff; teamwork is a fundamental skill for this position. We are looking for an organized, meticulous, and proactive individual capable of managing daily operations, with experience in dental procedures and materials. Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to respond effectively to a variety of situations. This position offers the opportunity to become part of an expanding clinical environment within a dynamic and fast-paced dental practice.

***Requirements:

-Experience in chairside assistance and dental coding.

-Experience with 3D scanning.

-Knowledge of assisting with prosthodontic and endodontic procedures, as well as aseptic techniques.

-Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly Open Dental.

-Understanding of HIPAA regulations and general dentistry practices.

-Ability to take X-rays and record vital signs.

-Solid experience in medical documentation and coding.

-Ability to answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and inform patients regarding costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
