About the Role

Fitchburg Dentistry and Braces is looking for a Full‑Time Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dental assistant seeking stability, strong leadership, and a positive work environment focused on high‑quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during clinical procedures, including orthodontic and general dentistry
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization standards
• Take digital X‑rays and assist with charting
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
• Support efficient patient flow and teamwork within the clinic
• Maintain supplies and assist with daily clinical operations

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred (orthodontic experience a plus, not required)
• X‑ray certification preferred
• Strong chairside manner and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team‑focused attitude
