About the Role

Allure Dentistry and Braces is seeking a Full‑Time Dental Assistant to join our growing and supportive team. We are looking for a motivated, reliable dental assistant who enjoys working in a fast‑paced clinical environment and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting during general, restorative, and orthodontic procedures
• Prepare and break down operatories following infection‑control protocols
• Take and process dental X‑rays as needed
• Assist with patient flow, room turnover, and clinical efficiency
• Seat patients, review medical histories, and provide post‑op instructions
• Maintain dental instruments, materials, and supplies
• Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental procedures and infection control standards
• Radiology/X‑ray certification preferred
• Strong communication and patient‑care skills
• Reliable, organized, and team‑oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow within the practice
