Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Dental Assistant who is detail-oriented, friendly, and motivated to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Open Dental, proficiency with the iTero scanner, strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a passion for creating a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
• Take and process dental X-rays.
• Perform iTero digital scans for restorative, orthodontic, and cosmetic treatments.
• Enter and update patient records in Open Dental accurately.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Provide post-operative instructions to patients in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and notify when restocking is needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• At least 2 year of dental assisting experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with Open Dental software (required).
• Experience using iTero scanner (preferred).
• Current Texas RDA certification and X-ray license.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.96 - $19.01 per hour
