It’s that time where we’re expanding and growing our team. We’re looking for a dental assistant for our office, in the heart of Boca Raton with many good restaurants close by, not to mention the town center mall.

It’s an advanced cosmetic and family dental practice where we enhance patients' lives with function and aesthetics. Our days consist of bread and butter dentistry (fillings/crowns), but we love the cosmetic and full mouth rehab cases. We also provide other services such as Invisalign, Botox , and other dental procedures.

We are seeking a motivated detail-oriented and customer-focused dental assistant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor. Expected hours: 32-40 per week

Requirements

Proficient at taking X-rays

Ability to build rapport with patients.

Organize and maintain lab equipment.

Sterilization of instruments and equipment.

MUST have experience as a Dental Assistant.

Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs. Ideal if you are familiar with Dentrix.

*Providing excellent customer service to all patients and visitors*

Superior working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.

Provide comprehensive post-operative dental procedures to patients.

Radiology Certificate Required

Expanded Duties License Preferred

Duties:

• Assisting chair-side
• Taking records, impressions, or x-rays
• Using computers to update electronic patient records
• Assisting with lab tasks as needed
• Assisting with front office tasks as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Dental Assisting: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred)
• X-Ray Certification (Preferred)

Work Location: One location

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
