Schedule:

• Monday: 6:30AM-5:00PM
• Tuesday: 6:30AM-4:00PM
• Wed: off
• Thursday: 6:30AM-4:00PM
• Friday: 7:30AM-1:00PM

Lunches are typically build in schedule from 12:00-1:00 or 1:00-2:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of clinical procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols
• Maintain clean, organized operatories and treatment areas
• Accurately chart and manage patient records within EMR systems
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-care instructions
• Support patient flow, scheduling, and overall clinic efficiency
• Contribute to a positive, team-first environment using four-handed dentistry techniques

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols
• Experience with EMR systems (Open Dental preferred)
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
