Dental Assistant

We are excited to welcome a positive, growth-oriented orthodontic assistant to our team!

This is a full-time opportunity (4–5 days per week) based primarily in our Monticello location, with occasional travel to our Sartell and Princeton offices. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a modern, fast-paced practice and want to build a long-term career with a supportive team.

We have three board-certified orthodontists and three locations, and offer treatment with both traditional braces and clear aligners. Who We’re Looking For:

As an orthodontic assistant, you will play an essential role in delivering excellent patient experiences while supporting high-quality clinical care. You will work in a fast-paced practice that values teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement.

This role includes a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Chairside assisting with clear aligners and traditional braces
• Thorough and accurate record-keeping
• Communication with patients and families
• Utilization of intraoral scanning (we are impression-less!), 3D printing and other modern orthodontic technologies
• Fabrication of vacuum-formed orthodontic retainers

Required qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota dental assisting license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to relate well with patients of all ages
