Dental Assistant – Experienced preferred but will train the right person

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Experience in dentistry is preferred, but we are absolutely willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.

This is not just a “fill a seat” position. We’re building a team that values accountability, teamwork, and patient care at a high standard.

• Positive, reliable, and coachable attitude
• Strong communication skills with patients and team members
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn clinical systems and protocols
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Prior dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required

What you’ll do:

• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
• Support patient comfort and education
• Sterilization and infection control procedures
• Assist with charting, x-rays, and clinical documentation (training provided if needed)
