Dental Assistant – Pediatric Dental Office

We’re a friendly, close-knit pediatric dental office looking for a caring and energetic Dental Assistant to join our team. In our small practice, teamwork is everything—you’ll play an important role in creating a fun, comfortable experience for children while supporting the doctor in delivering high-quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Help children feel comfortable and at ease during their visit
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are clean and ready
• Take dental X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records
• Provide chairside support and patient education on oral hygiene
• Support sterilization and keep the clinical area clean and organized, especially during busy times

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dental assisting experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• X-ray certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
