Dental Assistant

Our family-owned dental practice, Edward O. Villarreal, DDS, is looking for a reliable and motivated EFDA to join our team. We take pride in providing quality, compassionate care while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

About our office:

• Digital office using Eaglesoft dental software
• Bluetooth cordless X-ray sensors
• Organized, efficient workflow with a strong team dynamic

What we offer:

• Scrub jackets provided and professionally laundered
• 1 week paid vacation after your first year
• Supportive, team-oriented environment
• Consistent schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Lunch break daily from 1 PM to 2 PM
• No weekends

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the dentist during procedures
• Taking X-rays
• Placing restorations (EFDA duties)
• Preparing and breaking down operatories
• Sterilization and infection control
• Helping maintain smooth daily office flow
• Supporting front desk when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Licensed EFDA (required)
• Coronal polishing certification preferred
• Dental assisting experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player with great communication skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented

Pay: $23.61 - $28.43 per hour
