Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental department at Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Group in Dubai. The Dental Assistant will play a key role in supporting dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and sterile working environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide a comfortable experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain strict infection-control protocols.
• Handle and maintain dental equipment and materials according to clinical standards.
• Provide chairside assistance and follow proper clinical guidelines throughout procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and support administrative dental tasks when needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, postoperative care, and treatment instructions.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical dental setting.
• Valid DHA Dental Assistant License (mandatory).
• Strong skills in dental care, oral hygiene support, and chairside assisting.
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and dental instrument handling.
• Familiarity with dental equipment maintenance and clinical safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting (required).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
