Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Summer Hours:
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday & Friday: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Position Overview:
The Dental Assistant plays a key role in delivering a high standard of care. You will assist with procedures, support clinical operations, and ensure each patient has a comfortable and professional experience.
This practice focuses on airway, implant, and comprehensive care, so attention to detail and a willingness to learn are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures with efficiency and precision
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Sterilize instruments and follow all infection control protocols
- Take X-rays and assist with patient charting
- Support patient comfort and education throughout treatment
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous dental assisting experience or relevant education REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- High attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work in a team-focused, structured environment
