Position Summary: REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT (RDA)

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Clinical Excellence (Chairside)
- Provide efficient, high-level chairside assistance (4-handed dentistry)
- Assist in restorative, surgical, endodontic, and emergency procedures
- Take clear, diagnostic-quality X-rays (no retakes due to errors)
- Fabricate temporary crowns, impressions, and trays accurately
- Maintain constant patient comfort and confidence
Workflow & Productivity
- Keep the doctor on schedule at all times
- Ensure operatories are fully set up BEFORE the patient is seated
- Support fast patient flow without compromising quality
- Execute clean, efficient hand-offs to Treatment Coordinators
Infection Control & Compliance
- Follow OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA protocols at all times
- Maintain strict sterilization and operatory turnover standards
- Ensure clinical readiness 100% of the time
Documentation & Organization
- Complete accurate charting and clinical notes
- Ensure all patient records are complete and updated
- Track and follow up on lab cases (no delays, no lost cases)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1+ years of dental assisting experience (REQUIRED)
- EFDA Certification (Florida) – REQUIRED
- Radiology Certification (Florida) – REQUIRED
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong experience with X-rays, impressions, temporaries
- Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume workflow
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
