Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant with experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, works well in a team-oriented environment, and truly enjoys working with children.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hygiene care to pediatric patients
• Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after dental procedures
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized operatory
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Ensure patient comfort and manage patient behavior as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling if necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dental assistant (pediatric experience strongly preferred)
• Florida Dental Radiography Certification (Required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive dental experience
