Dental Assistant
We are currently looking to hire a full-time energetic and dedicated Dental Assistant to our awesome team! In this position, you will work with a fun and exceptional group of oral and maxillofacial surgeons and staff.
The ideal candidate must have outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, be a team player, and have a great work ethic. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment but still keep attention to detail. You must be able to travel to our other offices in Fort Wayne and Warsaw as needed.

- Assist the surgeon during a variety of surgical procedures
- Set up and tear down operations
- Take digital dental radiographs
- Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with post op instructions following procedures
- Perform other various office tasks as necessary
- Travel to our other offices in Fort Wayne and Warsaw as needed
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program (preferred)
- Certified Dental Assistant (preferred)
- Non-Expired Indiana Dental Radiographer License (required)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required)
- One-year dental assisting experience (preferred)
- Previous digital radiology experience (preferred)
