Pay

Where you land in the range depends on your skills. If you have hands-on CEREC experience, can confidently assist with digital impressions, and need little to no training on our digital workflow, you'll earn toward the top. If you're earlier in your career and eager to learn, we'll train you and your pay will grow as your skills do.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
• X-ray license (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable with (or excited to learn) digital impressions, CEREC, and intraoral cameras
• Someone who's reliable, takes initiative, and doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Genuinely warm with patients — our culture is built on this and our reviews prove it
• RDA not required, but a plus

Bonus Points If You…

• Have worked in a CEREC or same-day crown office before
• Are comfortable milling and staining/glazing restorations
• Want a long-term home, not just a paycheck
