Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at our Northern Hills office. In this role, you will support our dental professionals in delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our commitment to exceptional dental services.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean dental office
• Manage patient records and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Provide support in general dentistry, ensuring patients feel comfortable during visits.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Utilize Denticon software for scheduling appointments and managing patient information.
• Assist in the administration of anesthesia as directed by the dentist.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) o is preferred.
• Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures is essential.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Certification in dental assisting or relevant qualifications is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
