We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques.
• Take and develop dental X-rays and medical imaging as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and office inventory.
• Perform basic laboratory tasks, including making impressions and fabricating temporary crowns.
• Monitor vital signs as necessary during procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, medical coding, and office management software such as Curve Dental.
• Knowledge of X-ray techniques and medical imaging practices.
• Experience in pediatrics or prosthodontics is a plus.
• Ability to follow strict aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental assisting is an advantage.
