Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support the dental team in delivering excellent oral healthcare services.

24 hours per week with the potential to become full time (38-40hrs/week) in 2027.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30AM-4:30PM

*1 YEAR MINIMUM DENTAL ASSISTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Assist dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their need.
• Scheduling patients for treatment and answering multiphone lines
• Cleaning the office in operatories, waiting room, bathrooms, lab, etc.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
• Take digital panorex and periapical x-rays
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management.
• Proficiency in infection control protocols
• Strong anatomy knowledge to assist during procedures.
• Knowledge in Dentrix a plus.
• Cerification or License in Dental Assisting not required but a plus.
