We are a fast-growing, modern dental practice serving the Reseda community with a strong focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. Our office is equipped with advanced digital technology and provides a full range of general dentistry services.

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures (restorative, extractions, endodontics, etc.)
• Prepare and sterilise instruments and operatories
• Take digital X-rays and assist with imaging
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support front desk when needed (basic coordination, patient flow)
• Follow all infection control and OSHA guidelines

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (REQUIRED)
• Dental Assistant certification (RDA preferred, DA accepted with experience)
• X-ray license (required in California)
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental is a plus)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience with Medi-Cal patients is a strong plus
