Dental Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists in providing high-quality dental care to patients. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about dental health and patient care.

4-5 day week , Mon-Thursday required , 34-36 hours per week with option to work on Fridays (upto 38-40 hours.)

Performance based monthly bonus given in addition to regular pay.

Attendance bonus given quarterly .

Dental Assistant – Job Description

As a Dental Assistant, you play a vital role in supporting both our clinical team and the patients we serve. With comprehensive training and a collaborative work environment, you’ll have the tools to grow professionally while helping improve the health and confidence of your community—one smile at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays
• Prepare and clean operatories before and after treatment
• Manage patient flow and ensure smooth handoffs between team members
• Maintain infection control protocols and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care
• Fabricate temporary crowns and perform denture soft relines
• Take accurate impressions and bite registrations
• Complete digital intraoral scans
• Support documentation and charting for doctors
• Help with administrative and office duties as needed
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient patient experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Passion for learning and ongoing professional growth
• Strong team player with a commitment to delivering quality care
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active dental assistant license, registration, or permit as required by state regulations (including X-ray certification, if applicable)

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
